The Northwestern Mines contain 100 challenging floors divided into four distinct biomes, featuring monsters, rare ores, spell tablet seals, and the ancient Dragon Forge.
🏆 How to Unlock the Mines
The Mines are located in the northwest section of the map, past the Museum. To unlock entry, complete Town Request Board missions until your Town Rank reaches "Stone". On Day 7+, Eiland will greet you at the mine entrance and March will gift you a Pickaxe and Worn Sword.

⚡ The "Ladder Rush" Strategy
If your goal is pushing floor depth, do not waste stamina clearing every rock. Break cracked rocks first (1-hit break). As soon as the ladder appears, descend immediately!
⛏️ Upgrade Pickaxe Over Sword First
Upgrading your Pickaxe at March's Blacksmith Shop from Copper to Iron reduces swings per rock dramatically, conserving up to 50% of your daily stamina.
🔥 Visit the Mine Dragon Statue
Inside the mines, visit the Dragon Statue to spend Essence on mining perks—energy restoration buffs, extra movement speed, and 1x3 tile mining range.
🛡️ Elevator Checkpoints (Every 5 Floors)
Elevators unlock every 5 floors (5, 10, 15...). Always push to reach the next elevator before leaving the mine so you can warp back instantly.
